We believe that
will significantly contribute to the economic development of Phillips County. An annual art show and three to four professional concert presentations each year draws interest and participation from all the local counties that surround us as well as numerous communities in southwestern Nebraska. It is reasonable to say that this center and its activities will give rise to new economic collaborations and will designate PWAC as the art and cultural center of the region.
